CENA Sample Clauses

CENA. 7.1 The Customer undertakes to pay to the Supplier for the Services provided within the scope of Sections 2.1 hereof payments stated in the Annex 2 of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to ony as the “Price”). 7.1 Objednatel se zavazuje hradit Dodavateli za poskytování Služeb v rozsahu čl. 2.1 této Smlouvy úplaty uvedené v příloze č. 2 Smlouvy (dále jen “Cena”). 7.2 Should the number of connected End User Workplaces change during the particular month, base on amendment to this Agreement , the price will be mounted up in accordance to the number of added End User Workplaces connected to the XXXXX System. 7.2 V případě, že v průběhu měsíce dojde ke změně počtu připojených Stanic Koncových uživatelů, na základě dodatku k této Smlouvě, bude Cena navýšena dle počtu přidaných Stanic Koncových uživatelů připojených na Systém XXXXX. 7.3 The Price comprises all direct and indirect costs of the Supplier necessarily or purposefully spent during delivery of the above-mentioned Services. The Price will be always paid pursuant to an invoice which can be issued by the Supplier as of the last day of the calendar month in which the Services were provided. For the purpose of the value added tax, the Services within the scope of Sections 2.1. hereof are considered to be continuously provided. As a date of performance of subject to taxaction will be consider the last day of the month for which is the invoice issued.

CENA. The price of the Heat is set out in accordance with the relevant pricing regulations and applicable price decisions of the Energy Regulatory Office. The price of the Heat and the unreturned Returnable Condensate is effective for the relevant calendar year and is set out in the price list published at www. c- xxxxxx.xx. The price list will always be updated by 1 January of the subsequent calendar year at the latest. An up-to-date price list for the period of the calendar year during which this contract was concluded is set out in Annex 5. The price of the Heat is stipulated as basic for the winter period. The price for the summer period is discounted from this basic price.

CENA. Cena je stanovena dohodou, xx xxxxx a je základem pro výpočet DPH. Pokud není dohodnuto jinak, cena se rozumí včetně balení, dopravy do místa určení a pojištění.

CENA. Zmluvné strany sa dohodli na cene za jeden kus Tovaru v sume, ktorá je uvedená v Zozname úradne určených cien liekov vedenom Ministerstvom zdravotníctva Slovenskej republiky ako úradne určená cena Tovaru bez DPH, a to ku dňu doručenia objednávky Dodávateľovi, ku ktorej je Dodávateľ oprávnený pripočítať cenu obchodného výkonu držiteľa povolenia na veľkodistribúciu liekov v zákonnej výške. Ku dňu podpisu tejto Zmluvy je cena za jeden kus Tovaru vo výške 4.781,94 bez DPH. Cena za Tovar zahŕňa všetky náklady Dodávateľa spojené so zaobstaraním a dodaním Tovaru, t. j. všetky náklady spojené s plnením predmetu Zmluvy. Predpokladané množstvo Tovaru na obdobie trvania Zmluvy, ako aj predpokladaná celková cena za toto množstvo je uvedená v nasledujúcej tabuľke „Návrh uchádzača na plnenie kritérií predmetu zákazky/ zmluvy: Xxxxx 000 0000,00 5260,13 3366485,76 Predpokladaná celková cena za Tovar v EUR s DPH 3703134,34

CENA. Cena tovaru resp. výpočtový model pre cenu tovaru, podľa daného prípadu, je uvedený v Prílohe 4. The prices include the cost of packaging, labelling and all other costs and charges with the exception of VAT only. Ceny obsahujú náklady na balenie, označenie a všetky ďalšie náklady a poplatky okrem DPH.

CENA. Cena diela je stanovená zmluvne. Xxxx je stanovená ako cena za zhotovenie diela, v Xxxxxx.

CENA. Sprzedający sprzeda AGILENT towary („Towary”) lub usługi („Usługi”) wskazane w niniejszym Zamówieniu za podane ceny. Wszelkie prognozy podane przez AGILENT zostały przedstawione dla wygody Sprzedającego i nie stanowią żadnego zobowiązania ze strony AGILENT. Z zastrzeżeniem odmiennych postanowień zawartych w niniejszym Zamówieniu, ceny nie zawierają odpowiednich opłat przewozowych ani ceł.

With regards to the fact that Supplier and Customer are registered as a group tax payer in the same group, there will be no tax added to price and parties will not provide each other with tax documents.

CENA. 3.1. Odmena je stanovená zmluvne, ako cena za vykonanie diela. 3.2. Odmena podľa bodu 1.3. tejto zmluvy je dohodnutá vo výške 5 000 EUR (slovom: päťtisíc eur). 3.3. Odmena v bode 3.2 zahŕňa náklady súvisiace s vykonaním diela, ako aj zisk zhotoviteľa.
