Central Salary Agreement Sample Clauses

Central Salary Agreement. The Swedish Federation of Trade and Unionen have in this collective bargaining agreement three different salary models, appendix 3 (central salary agreement), appendix 4 (central salary agreement with salary adjustment) and appendix 5 (local salary agreement). The central parties agree that it is of special importance that the companies take a long-term view in the choice of salary models. Companies have the right, after consultations according to the Swedish Co- Determination Act, to change salary models. Such consultations shall be held at least six months before the next salary adjustment date. In this connection, the company shall together with the local salaried employee union review the current salary structure for salaried employees at the company. It is important that the parties attempt to agree on the choice of a salary model. Salary models may be changed only once during the agreement term. A change of salary model according to appendix 3 to a salary model according to appendix 4 or 5 requires that there is a local salaried employee union. In addition, a change of salary model from appendix 3 or 4 to appendix 5 also requires a local agreement. A change of salary model may not be made until the salary adjustment of 1 May 2014
