SALARY AGREEMENT. Other relevant details concerning the exchange The District reserves the right to interview and make a decision as to the acceptability of all teachers from another school system or agency prior to agreeing to a specific exchange.
SALARY AGREEMENT. A. If the contract is rolled over in subsequent years the salary schedule shall have each cell increased by the annualized average (January-December of the preceding year) of the National Consumer Price Index – Urban (CPI-U). The salary increase shall be no less than two (2) percent and no greater than four (4) percent.
B. If the contract is rolled over in subsequent years eligible employees will receive a step increase.

A. Each BLT’s composition should be representative of the entire learning community as determined by the building staff which shall include parent representative(s). The building staff will determine and publish parameters for selection of members. The elementary and middle school BLT will consist of one teacher from each grade level, one related arts teacher, and one special education teacher. Up to two (2) additional BLT members will be selected and appointed by the Association President. Up to two (2) additional BLT members will be selected by the building administration. The high school BLT will consist of one (1) teacher from each of the core subject areas, one (1) related arts teacher, and one (1) special education teacher. Up to two (2) additional BLT members will be selected and appointed by the Association President. Up to two (2) additional BLT members will be selected by the building administration. Non-certificated staff may be included on the BLT. Older students may be included as deemed appropriate by the BLT. It is recommended that the BLT consist of no more than twelve (12) members.
B. Each BLT shall provide input on the schedule of training necessary to establish a successful school within established budgets to either DLT or the Professional Development Committee if applicable.
C. Each BLT shall conduct a needs assessment of building staff, parents, and students (in the case of high schools) with the help of District and Association resources.
D. Each BLT shall establish and publish, to the building staff and the DLT, a set of parameters which regulate decision-making within the committee and establish regular meeting dates. Each BLT will utilize the North Ridgeville City Schools Interest Based Problem Solving (IBPS) Process Guidelines set forth in Appendix L.
A. Each BLT shall establish a method of determining an agenda for each meeting, keeping minutes of meetings, and a method of notifying the staff and other interested parties of the agenda.
B. Each BLT shall establish a method of record keeping and staff reporting.
C. Each BLT shall address delineation of roles within the building organization.

SALARY AGREEMENT. 46.01 The Base salary shall be increased as follows: 2013-2014: Steps resume with no base increase. Members who do not benefit from a step movement will receive a salary stipend of $1500. 2014-2015: New salary schedule (See Appendix G) instituted. No vertical steps granted. 2015-2016: No base increase. Members step at beginning of contract year and then again on January 1, 2016. Members who do not benefit from any step movement during the year will receive a salary stipend of $1500.
SALARY AGREEMENT. Employee hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Restricted Period of time, geographic scope and scope of Restricted Business specified herein are reasonable and necessary in view of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the nature of the business in which Employer is engaged as of the Effective Date, and the restrictions set forth in this Section 9 are reasonable and necessary to protect Employer. Employee acknowledges and agrees that Employer would not have entered into this Agreement but for Employee’s agreements and obligations pursuant to this Section 9. If the scope of any stated restriction is too broad to permit enforcement of such restriction(s) to its full extent, then the Parties agree that such restriction shall be enforced and/or modified to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Parties agree that in the event of a breach of this Section 9, the Restricted Period shall be extended with respect to the breaching party by the period of the breach.
SALARY AGREEMENT. Other relevant details concerning the exchange No more than one (1) teacher from AE may participate in an exchange program in any one (1) school year at a time. Exchanges are to be initially planned for a definite period of time and may vary according to the circumstances of the individual case. Should extensions of this time seem desirable, such extensions will require approval as outlined above. The District reserves the right to interview and make a decision as to the acceptability of all teachers from another school system or agency prior to agreeing to a specific exchange. A teacher exchange with another school district may not be extended beyond one (1) year. A teacher exchange with another educational agency may be approved for up to one (1) year and may be extended annually. The teacher who has been on a Teacher Exchange Program leave will receive the full yearly increment.
