Centre Review. A18.1. Where the Recipient is a Government Ministry, Department or Institution Where the Recipient is a government ministry, department or institution such Recipient agrees that, if the Centre so requests, financial reports will be supported by original (or certified copies of) invoices or other documents verifying the transaction. Such Recipient agrees, if the Centre so requests, to give the Centre reasonable access to all Project records (excluding information regarding Subjects of Research) including pertinent financial records relating to the Project to permit the Centre to verify all pertinent financial records and compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement in the use of Centre Funds. Such Recipient shall maintain such records for a period of two years after the Contract Completion Date.
