Certain Rights of Service Provider. The Service Provider after obtaining prior written approval from the Principal shall have the right to include photographic or artistic representations of the design of the Project among the Service Provider’s promotional and professional materials. The Service Provider shall be given reasonable access to the completed Project to make such representations. However, the Service Provider’s materials shall not include the Principal’s confidential or proprietary information regardless of whether or not the Principal has previously advised the Service Provider in writing of the specific information considered by the Principal to be confidential or proprietary.
