Common use of CERTIFICATE OF BARGAINING AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

CERTIFICATE OF BARGAINING AUTHORITY. The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the Sole Bargaining Agent for: (a) employees and categories of employees referred to in the Certificate of Bargaining Authority held from time to time by the Union, and (b) all dependent contractors and owner/operators employed by Companies signatory to this Agreement in the work categories falling within the area of jurisdiction of this Agreement

The Company agrees to recognize the Union Association as the Sole Bargaining Agent for: (a) all employees and categories of employees referred to in whom the Certificate of Bargaining Authority held from time to time certification issued by the Union, Labour Relations Board applies; and, (b) all dependent contractors and owner/operators employed engaged by Companies signatory to this Agreement the Company in the work categories falling within the area of jurisdiction of this Agreement.

(b) all dependent contractors and owner/operators employed by Companies signatory It is agreed that neither party to this Agreement in will enter into any agreement or contract with employees which conflicts with the work categories falling within the area of jurisdiction terms and provisions of this Agreement.
