SCOPE OF BARGAINING. The scope of negotiations shall be all matters pertaining to wages, hours, or terms and conditions of employment, and the continuation, modification, or deletion of existing provisions of the Negotiated Agreement.
SCOPE OF BARGAINING. 3.1 The Board and the Association agree to negotiate in good faith on wages, hours, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment. 3.2 The Board retains and reserves unto itself, without limitations, all powers, rights and authority conferred upon and vested in it by state and federal law, including the right to make policy, rules and regulations that are not inconsistent with any law or the negotiated agreement.
