Certificates of Insurance and Delivery of Policies. Upon Lender’s request, certified copies of all insurance policies required pursuant to this Article 7 shall be promptly delivered to Lender except for blanket policies as to which certificates of same only need to be provided. Certificates of insurance with respect to all renewal and replacement policies shall be delivered to Lender not less than ten (10) days prior to the expiration date of any of the insurance policies required to be maintained hereunder which certificates shall bear notations evidencing payment of applicable premiums and certified copies of such insurance policies shall be delivered to Lender promptly after Borrower’s receipt thereof. If Borrower fails to maintain and deliver to Lender the certificates of insurance required by this Agreement, Lender may, at its option, after notice to Borrower, procure such insurance, and Borrower shall reimburse Lender for the amount of all premiums paid by Lender thereon promptly, after demand by Lender, with interest thereon at the Default Rate from the date paid by Lender to the date of repayment, and such sum shall be a part of the Indebtedness secured by the Loan Documents. Lender shall not by the fact of approving, disapproving, accepting, preventing, obtaining or failing to obtain any insurance, incur any liability for or with respect to the amount of insurance carried, the form or legal sufficiency of insurance contracts, solvency of insurance companies, or the carriers’ or Borrower’s payment or defense of lawsuits, and Borrower hereby expressly assumes full responsibility therefor and all liability, if any, with respect thereto. Borrower represents that no claims with respect to the Property have been made under any of such insurance policies, and to Borrower’s knowledge, no party, including Borrower, has done, by act or omission, anything which would impair the coverage of any of such insurance policies.

  • Delivery of Policies; Insurance Certificates Prior to commencing the Work, the Contractor shall deliver to NYSERDA certificates of insurance issued by the respective insurers, indicating the Agreement number thereon, evidencing the insurance required by Article XI hereof. In the event any policy furnished or carried pursuant to this Article will expire on a date prior to acceptance of the Work by NYSERDA pursuant to the section hereof entitled Acceptance of Work, the Contractor, not less than 15 days prior to such expiration date, shall deliver to NYSERDA certificates of insurance evidencing the renewal of such policies, and the Contractor shall promptly pay all premiums thereon due. In the event of threatened legal action, claims, encumbrances, or liabilities that may affect NYSERDA hereunder, or if deemed necessary by NYSERDA due to events rendering a review necessary, upon request the Contractor shall deliver to NYSERDA a certified copy of each policy.

  • Certificates of Insurance/Notices Vendor and Contractors shall provide a Certificate or Certificates of Insurance, in a form satisfactory to OGS as detailed below. Certificates shall reference the Solicitation or Contract Number. The Contractor shall not take any action, or omit to take any action that would suspend or invalidate any of the required coverages during the period of time such coverages are required to be in effect. Not less than ten (10) days’ after the expiration date or renewal date, the Contractor shall supply OGS updated evidence of coverage. Certificates of Insurance shall:  Be in the form acceptable to OGS (i.e. an Xxxxx form);  Disclose any deductible, self-insured retention, aggregate limit or exclusion to the policy that materially changes the coverage required by this solicitation or any Contract resulting from this solicitation;  Be accompanied by an Additional Insured and a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement as required herein;  Refer to this solicitation and any Contract resulting from this solicitation by number and any other attachments on the face of the certificate; and  Be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance carrier or producer. Only original documents (Certificates of Insurance, endorsements & other attachments) or electronic forms, which can be directly traced back to the insurance carrier, agent or broker via e- mail distribution or similar means, will be accepted.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must name the State of Montana as certificate holder and Contractor shall provide copies of additional insured endorsements required by Contractor’s commercial general liability and automobile liability policies.
