Certificate(s) of Insurance means certificate(s) of the type provided to the Consultant by the City and required to be completed pursuant to Part B, Section 5.0 - Insurance;

Certificate(s) of Insurance. At the Closing Date and at each policy renewal, but not less than annually, the General Partner shall provide certification from each insurer or by an authorized representative of each insurer when it is not practical for such insurer to execute the certificate itself.
