Certification Concerning Restricted Employment for Former. State Officers or Employees Under Government Code § 572.069. PSP certifies that it has not employed and will not employ a former TFC or state officer who participated in a procurement or contract negotiation for TFC involving PSP within two (2) years after the state officer or employee left state agency employment or service. This certification only applies to former state officers or employees whose service or employment ceased on or after September 1, 2015.

  • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

  • Independent Contractor Status of Grantee The Grantee, if not a state agency, agrees that its officers, agents and employees, in performance of this Agreement, shall act in the capacity of independent contractors and not as officers, agents or employees of the state.
