Certification of DBE Participation. During negotiations of the WOC, Consultant shall submit a Committed DBE Breakdown and Certification Form-AE (one for each DBE subcontractor that will be utilized) if a DBE goal greater than 0% is assigned to the WOC. [Note: The Committed DBE Breakdown and Certification Form will not be required for WOCs with no goal assignment or if a DBE goal is not required (i.e., if WOC includes no federal funding)].
