Common use of Certification of Incumbent's Field Technicians Clause in Contracts

Certification of Incumbent's Field Technicians. Each of Incumbent's Field Technicians (as defined in the Maintenance Services Agreement) must either successfully complete the training course described in Section 1 of this Schedule J, or must be certified by Pathnet that such Field Technician is qualified to perform services on the System.
