This certification shall be filed by the employee 30 with the person responsible for his/her time reporting, who will forward it to the 31 Payroll Branch. In cases in which a time report is due prior to conclusion of 32 appearance in court, the employee shall certify as to the days served in lieu of official 33 certification.
