CERTIFICATION REGARDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST. Contractor certifies that it has not offered or given any gift or compensation prohibited by the state laws of any Participating Entity to any officer or employee of WSCA or Participating Entity to secure favorable treatment with respect to being awarded this contract.
CERTIFICATION REGARDING CONFLICT OF INTEREST. The AOR is required to complete certifications stating that the organization has implemented and is enforcing a written policy on conflicts of interest (COI), consistent with the provisions of PAPPG Chapter IX.A.; that, to the best of his/her knowledge, all financial disclosures required by the conflict of interest policy were made; and that conflicts of interest, if any, were, or prior to the organization’s expenditure of any funds under the award, will be, satisfactorily managed, reduced or eliminated in accordance with the organization’s conflict of interest policy. Conflicts that cannot be satisfactorily managed, reduced or eliminated and research that proceeds without the imposition of conditions or restrictions when a conflict of interest exists, must be disclosed to NSF via use of the Notifications and Requests Module in FastLane. Drug Free Work Place Certification By electronically signing the Certification Pages, the Authorized Organizational Representative (or equivalent), is providing the Drug Free Work Place Certification contained in Exhibit II-3 of the Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide.

  • Organizational Conflict of Interest The guidelines and procedures of FAR 9.5 will be used in identifying and resolving any issues of organizational conflict of interest at the Order level. In the event that an Order requires activity that would create an actual or potential conflict of interest, the Contractor shall:

  • Conflict of Interest Questionnaire Requirement Vendor agrees that it has looked up, read, and understood the current version of Texas Local Government Code Chapter 176 which generally requires disclosures of conflicts of interests by Vendor hereunder if Vendor:

  • Cancellation for Conflict of Interest Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-511, the State may cancel this Contract within three (3) years after Contract execution without penalty or further obligation if any person significantly involved in initiating, negotiating, securing, drafting or creating the Contract on behalf of the State is or becomes at any time while the Contract or an extension of the Contract is in effect an employee of or a consultant to any other party to this Contract with respect to the subject matter of the Contract. The cancellation shall be effective when the Contractor receives written notice of the cancellation unless the notice specifies a later time. If the Contractor is a political subdivision of the State, it may also cancel this Contract as provided in A.R.S. § 38-511.
