Certifications of Insurance. The successful responder is required to submit Certificates of Insurance acceptable to the City of St. Xxxxxxx as evidence of insurance coverage requirements prior to commencing work under the contract.

Certifications of Insurance. Upon demand by the Owner’s Representative, Contractor shall provide written evidence of all insurance policies required under this Article 25 by providing Certificates of Insurance. Contractor shall upon award of this Contract, and prior to the commencement of any Work at or on an Owner facility, provide the Owner’s Representative with Certificates of Insurance for all policies required under this Article or a written certification that all required insurance has been obtained. This certification shall apply to Contractor Technical Consultants and all Subcontractors working at or on an Owner facility. Contractor, Technical Consultants and any subcontractors shall maintain copies of all required insurance policies/certificates of insurance at the site of Work when Work is being performed at or on an Owner facility. Section 25.3 Insurance Flow Down Contractor shall require that the substance of this Article 25 be inserted in all contracts with Technical Consultants and all Subcontracts for the performance of Work (in whole or in part) where (i) the price to be paid under the contract or Subcontract is expected to exceed $100,000 (or, if an indefinite quantity type contract, purchases under the subcontract could exceed $100,000) or (ii) the Work is to be performed at or on an Owner facility. Such provision shall require Technical Consultants and Subcontractors to provide and maintain the insurances required above.

  • Requirements of Insurance All such insurance shall (i) provide that no cancellation, material reduction in amount or material change in coverage thereof shall be effective until at least 10 days (or, to the extent reasonably available, 30 days) after receipt by the Collateral Agent of written notice thereof (the Borrower shall deliver a copy of the policy (and to the extent any such policy is cancelled or renewed, a renewal or replacement policy) or other evidence thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, or insurance certificate with respect thereto) and (ii) name the Collateral Agent as loss payee (in the case of property insurance) or additional insured on behalf of the Secured Parties (in the case of liability insurance) (it being understood that, absent an Event of Default, any proceeds of any such property insurance shall be delivered by the insurer(s) to the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries and applied in accordance with this Agreement), as applicable.

  • Certificates of Insurance Prior to commencing under this Contract, Supplier must furnish to Sourcewell a certificate of insurance, as evidence of the insurance required under this Contract. Prior to expiration of the policy(ies), renewal certificates must be mailed to Sourcewell, 000 00xx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, X.X. Box 219, Staples, MN 56479 or sent to the Sourcewell Supplier Development Administrator assigned to this Contract. The certificates must be signed by a person authorized by the insurer(s) to bind coverage on their behalf. Failure to request certificates of insurance by Sourcewell, or failure of Supplier to provide certificates of insurance, in no way limits or relieves Supplier of its duties and responsibilities in this Contract.

  • Limits of Insurance A. CLIENT shall provide evidence of General Liability insurance or Tenants Liability Insurance (TULIP at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ ) of an amount of not less than $1 million per occurrence. If the use of facilities includes physical activities, such as sports camps, the General Liability limit shall be $2 million per occurrence with no athletics activities exclusion. B. CLIENT shall provide evidence of Owned, Non-owned and Hired Auto Liability insurance of an amount of not less than $1 million per occurrence. C. Any CLIENT with CLIENT employees on USI/HNH property shall provide evidence of statutory Workers Compensation insurance and $500,000 of Employers Liability insurance. D. Any CLIENT with minors on USI/HNH properties shall provide evidence of Sexual Misconduct/ Abuse Liability insurance of an amount of not less than $1 million per occurrence. Coverage endorsed onto the General Liability policy is acceptable. (Such coverage for weddings and family reunions is excluded.) E. CLIENT serving alcohol per current Institution alcohol policy must provide Host Liquor liability of $1 million per occurrence. F. CLIENT shall require all third-party vendors that provide any type of service (caterer, beer and wine, bartending, disc jockey, band, limo service, etc.) to CLIENT while utilizing USI/HNH’s facilities to provide to CLIENT and USI/HNH a certificate of insurance with the following limits and conditions and naming USI/HNH as additional insured.

  • Types of Insurance The types and amounts of insurance required to be maintained under this Article are as follows: (a) Commercial general liability insurance for bodily injury liability, including death, and property damage liability, incurred in connection with the performance of this Agreement, with minimum limits of $1,000,000 in respect of claims arising out of personal injury or sickness or death of any one person, $1,000,000 in respect of claims arising out of personal injury, sickness or death in any one accident or disaster, and $1,000,000 in respect of claims arising out of property damage in any one accident or disaster; and (b) Workers Compensation, Employers Liability, and Disability Benefits as required by New York State.

  • Certificates of Insurance/Notices Vendor and Contractors shall provide a Certificate or Certificates of Insurance, in a form satisfactory to OGS as detailed below. Certificates shall reference the Solicitation or Contract Number. As applicable, the requested forms must name The New York State Office of General Services, New York State Procurement, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 as the Certificate Holder. Certificates shall be submitted to The New York State Office of General Services, New York State Procurement Services, Corning Tower- 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, XX 00000. Vendor policies shall be written so as to include a provision that the policy will not be canceled, materially changed, or not renewed without notice as required by law to OGS, Attention: Procurement Services, Corning Tower – 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxx 00000. The Contractor shall not take any action, or omit to take any action that would suspend or invalidate any of the required coverages during the period of time such coverages are required to be in effect. Not less than ten (10) days’ after the expiration date or renewal date, the Contractor shall supply OGS updated evidence of coverage. Certificates of Insurance shall:  Be in the form acceptable to OGS (i.e. an Xxxxx form);  Disclose any deductible, self-insured retention, aggregate limit or exclusion to the policy that materially changes the coverage required by this solicitation or any Contract resulting from this solicitation;  Be accompanied by an Additional Insured and a Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement as required herein;  Refer to this solicitation and any Contract resulting from this solicitation by number and any other attachments on the face of the certificate; and  Be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance carrier or producer. Only original documents (Certificates of Insurance, endorsements & other attachments) or electronic forms, which can be directly traced back to the insurance carrier, agent or broker via e- mail distribution or similar means, will be accepted.

  • Modification of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall notify the Borrower of any proposed modification under Clause 13.18 to the requirements of this Clause 13 which the Majority Lenders consider appropriate in the circumstances, and such modification shall take effect on and from the date it is notified in writing to the Borrower as an amendment to this Clause 13 and shall bind the Borrower accordingly.

  • Compliance with terms of insurances The Borrower shall procure that no Owner shall do or omit to do (or permit to be done or not to be done) any act or thing which would or might render any obligatory insurance invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable or render any sum payable thereunder repayable in whole or in part; and, in particular: (a) each Owner shall take all necessary action and comply with all requirements which may from time to time be applicable to the obligatory insurances, and (without limiting the obligation contained in Clause 13.7(c) above) ensure that the obligatory insurances are not made subject to any exclusions or qualifications to which the Security Trustee has not given its prior approval; (b) no Owner shall make any changes relating to the classification or classification society or manager or operator of the Ship owned by it unless approved by the underwriters of the obligatory insurances; (c) each Owner shall make all quarterly or other voyage declarations which may be required by the protection and indemnity risks association in which the Ship owned by it is entered to maintain cover for trading to the United States of America and Exclusive Economic Zone (as defined in the United States Oil Pollution Act 1990 or any other applicable legislation); and (d) no Owner shall employ the Ship owned by it, nor allow it to be employed, otherwise than in conformity with the terms and conditions of the obligatory insurances, without first obtaining the consent of the insurers and complying with any requirements (as to extra premium or otherwise) which the insurers specify.

  • Review of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall be entitled to review the requirements of this Clause 13 from time to time in order to take account of any changes in circumstances after the date of this Agreement which are, in the opinion of the Majority Lenders, significant and capable of affecting the Owners or the Ships and their insurance (including, without limitation, changes in the availability or the cost of insurance coverage or the risks to which the Owners may be subject), and may appoint insurance consultants in relation to this review at the cost of the Borrower.

  • Policies of Insurance At City’s request, the Artist shall provide City with the actual policies providing the coverage required above.
