Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. Professional Learning A. School-based Professional Learning
Paraprofessionals 4.3.1 Paraprofessionals employed by the Charter School shall meet all qualification requirements imposed by applicable federal and State law, rules, and regulations.
CHILD AND DEPENDENT ADULT/ELDER ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR shall establish a procedure acceptable to ADMINISTRATOR to ensure that all employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to one of the agencies specified in Penal Code Section 11165.9 and dependent adult or elder abuse as defined in Section 15610.07 of the WIC to one of the agencies specified in WIC Section 15630. CONTRACTOR shall require such employees, agents, subcontractors, and all other individuals performing services under this Agreement to sign a statement acknowledging the child abuse reporting requirements set forth in Sections 11166 and 11166.05 of the Penal Code and the dependent adult and elder abuse reporting requirements, as set forth in Section 15630 of the WIC, and shall comply with the provisions of these code sections, as they now exist or as they may hereafter be amended.
Professional Preparation and Scholarship The certificated classroom teacher exhibits, in his/her performance, evidence of having a theoretical background and knowledge of the principles and methods of teaching, and a commitment to education as a profession.

Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.
