Chairman and Vice Chairmen. The Chairman of the Joint Research Committee shall be Jxxx Xxxxxxxx and the Vice Chairmen shall be Dxxxxx Xxxxx and Mxxxxxx Sofia. The Chairman and the Vice Chairmen shall be the primary contacts between the parties with respect to the Research Program. Each Party shall notify the other as soon as practicable upon changing this appointment.

Chairman and Vice Chairmen. (a) As of the date of this Agreement, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx is, and shall continue to serve as, the Company’s Chairman until his successor has been duly appointed and qualified in accordance with the Company’s By-Laws, or until his earlier death, resignation or removal. The Directors may replace a Chairman of the Board from time to time acting by majority vote. (b) As of the date of this Agreement, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx is, and shall continue to serve as, the Company’s Vice Chairman until his successor has been duly appointed and qualified in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws, or until his earlier death, resignation or removal.   • President and Vice Presidents The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust. The president shall, subject to the control of the Trustees, have general charge and supervision of the business of the Trust. Any vice president shall have such duties and powers as shall be designated from time to time by the Trustees.

  • Vice Chairman In the absence of the Chairman of the Board, the Vice Chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and of the unitholders of the MLP; and he shall have such other powers and duties as from time to time may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors.

The chief executive officer shall also be the chief administrative officer of the Trust and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.

  • Chief Operating Officer The Chief Operating Officer shall be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Company and shall see to it that all orders of the Chief Executive Officer are carried into effect.
