Common use of CHANGE IN AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

CHANGE IN AIRCRAFT. If Tenants acquire additional or new aircraft; receive a new Washington state registration number for their current aircraft; or wish to store a different aircraft in their hangar or tie down, they must notify Xxxxxx County of the change and provide a valid Washington State Registration number for each change in aircraft within 10 days. A new insurance policy (hangars only) with Xxxxxx County as a named insured for each change must also be submitted within 10 days.
