Common use of Change in Regular Working Schedule Clause in Contracts

Change in Regular Working Schedule. (a) Employees shall be given two (2) days’ notice of change in their regular working schedule, prior to such change being implemented, except in the case of sickness, accident, bereavement, fire or flood in their particular area. (b) All changes shall be marked on the posted schedule the same day the Employer made the change. (c) Should the Employer fail to verbally notify the employee(s), it will be deemed that the current schedule will prevail and that no employee shall be disciplined or suffer a reduction of hours if is unable to attend work at the new starting time.
