Change in Resources. The Parties agree that any change in the resource structure will be discussed and mutually agreed in writing (email acceptance will be sufficient) between the Customer and Software Mind prior to the change taking place.

Change in Resources. 6 It is contemplated that the terms and conditions of employment provided in this Agreement shall remain in 7 effect until altered by mutual consent in writing between the parties. Nevertheless, because of the special 8 nature of the public educational process it is likewise recognized that matters previously unforeseen or not 9 negotiated may be negotiated by mutual consent of the parties. If there is a dramatic drop in district 10 resources then the parties will agree to discuss the issues that surround the drop in resources.   • Change in Services If Customer wishes to change the scope of the Services, it shall submit details of the requested change to Company in writing.   • Relationship to Parent Award This Agreement incorporates all the terms and conditions of the Award (AW825280CAV) as at 10 April 2006 with the exception of clauses 13, 16.2.1, 22.3.4, 22.3.5, 37.6 and 40.3. Where there is inconsistency between the Award and this Agreement, the latter will prevail but only to the extent of the inconsistency.

  • IRO Independence and Objectivity The IRO must perform the Claims Review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as defined in the most recent Government Auditing Standards issued by the United States Government Accountability Office.

  • Change in Scope For substantial modifications in authorized Project scope, and/or substantial modifications of drawings and/or specifications previously accepted by City, when requested by City and through no fault of Consulting Engineer/Architect, the Consulting Engineer/Architect shall be compensated for time and expense required to incorporate such modifications at Consulting Engineer/Architect's standard hourly rates per Exhibit B; provided, however, that any increase in contract price or contract time must be approved through a written change order. Consulting Engineer/Architect shall correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in its designs, drawings or specifications without additional compensation when due to Consulting Engineer/Architect's negligence or other actionable fault.
