CHANGE IN STATUTES OR REGULATIONS. If there is a change of statutes or regulations applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement, both parties agree to be governed by the new provisions, unless either party gives notice to terminate pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Each Party shall promptly perform the services and responsibilities described in the Contract and promptly comply with each term and condition.

The parties recognize that during the life of this Contract, the Medi-Cal Managed Care Program will be a dynamic program requiring numerous changes to its operations and that the scope and complexity of these changes will vary widely over the life of the Contract.
