Change of Address/Telephone. It shall be the responsibility of each employee to notify the employer of any change of address or telephone number. The employee's address and telephone number as it appears on the employer's records shall be conclusive when used in connection with the layoffs, recall, or other notices of employment.

If your address or telephone number should ever change during the school year, please notify the school office. Home-school contact during an emergency is imperative. Please be assured that unlisted telephone numbers are kept confidential.
