Shift Coordinator. Birthcare has agreed to initiate a review and consultation process in relation to aspects of the Shift Coordinator role and Clinical Coordinator role as soon as practicable and within 3 months of ratification of the CEA being 15 August 2022.

Shift Coordinator. An employee may be temporarily appointed in a shift coordinator capacity when the shift has not less than 4 hours without a clinical shift leader or clinical nurse manager onsite. A shift coordinator will be supported by their clinical nurse manager or shift coordinator to fulfil the role and expected to adhere to the requirements in the definition outlined in clause 14. 1. Where an employee is appointed as a shift coordinator capacity in line with these requirements, they shall be paid a shift coordinator allowance of $3.50 per hour, in addition to the ordinary hourly rate for hours worked.
Shift Coordinator. A shift coordinator is a nurse who has been assigned by the Hospital to be responsible on a shift for coordinating staffing and/or patient care. Shift Coordinator. A designated Shift Coordinator acting as a representative of the Company is a work coordinator and can exercise job/work direction. Shift Coordinators do not have the right to hire, discharge or discipline employees. It is understood that they may from time to time perform limited bargaining unit work as long as it doesn’t result in the lay-off of an employee, or prevent the recall or hiring of an employee. This applies to production only.
Shift Coordinator. The Employer may designate employees in the Retail Operation or in the Warehouse as a “Shift Coordinator” and assign them to a “Shift Coordinator Schedule,” which shall be determined by the Employer based on business needs. Employees assigned to the Shift Coordinator role shall be paid a premium of fifty cents per hour (.50/hr) for each shift in which they preform Shift Coordinator duties.

  • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. The Coordinator is authorised to execute with each member of the EEAB a non-disclosure agreement, which terms shall be not less stringent than those stipulated in this Consortium Agreement, no later than 30 days after their nomination or before any confidential information will be exchanged, whichever date is earlier. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]
