Change of Anniversary Date. An Employee’s anniversary date for purposes of salary review, PTO eligibility, and other similar benefits shall be changed by reason of all unpaid leaves of absence without pay, except for leaves of thirty (30) calendar days or less, family care leave granted pursuant to Government Code section 12945.2, or otherwise required by law.
