Change of Data. You shall notify 4XC on your own initiative, without delay, of any change of name, contact information (especially e-mail address) and other data you have provided to 4XC when entering into this agreement, as well as any change regarding the powers of representation granted to other persons (if applicable). You are not entitled to oppose against 4XC any change of the above data, if such change has not been notified to 4XC in writing.
