Change of drop off destination If the Customer wishes to change the drop off destination, they must first obtain authorisation from Britz (call 0000 000 000). Subject to the change being approved, an additional charge of up to NZ$750 may apply, which will be notified to you at time of approval and is required to be paid immediately via credit card. The fee may apply in all cases irrespective of the reason for location change.
Change of drop off location Change of return location is subject to availability and must be authorised by us first. If you return to a different location to that on your Rental Agreement without our agreement, a minimum relocation fee of $1000 will apply.

If travel is between 1 September 2011 and 31 October 2011 and the pick up or return location is amended within 60 days of the vehicle pick up date a relocation fee of NZ$1,000 may apply. If the customer wishes to change the drop-off destination after the rental has commenced, they must first obtain authorisation from the Reservations or Scheduling departments. If approved a minimum charge of NZ$1,000 applies. The extra cost must be paid immediately via credit card.
