CHANGE OF FUNCTION OF NURSING UNIT. 901 Should the Employer find it necessary in the interest of patient care, reduction of costs, or increased efficiency, to change the general overall function of a nursing unit, the Employer shall provide written notice to the nurses and the Union at least ninety (90) days in advance of the change of function.
