Common use of Change of Music Director Clause in Contracts

Change of Music Director. a) During the last year of tenure of a Music Director and the first year of tenure of a new Music Director, no termination or notice of termination action of the Centre toward regular members of the Orchestra may be effected without ratification of a Committee for Termination (4.03 above).

Change of Music Director. a) During the last year of tenure of a Music Director and the first year of tenure of a new Music Director, no demotion, termination or notice of termination action of the Centre toward regular members tenured Regular or Regular Additional Musicians of the Orchestra may be effected without ratification of a Committee for Termination (4.03 above)effected.

Change of Music Director. a) During the last year of tenure of a Music Director and the first year of tenure of a new Music Director, no termination or notice of termination action of the Centre toward regular members of the Orchestra may be effected without ratification of a Peer Review Committee for Termination (4.03 4.02 above).
