Common use of Change of Shift Structure Clause in Contracts

Change of Shift Structure. In the event the Employer determines that the shift structure for employees covered by this Agreement shall be changed to a substantially different structure than existed as of the date of execution of this Agreement, such as a four (4) day/ten (10) hour shift, the Employer agrees to meet with representatives of the Union, upon request, for the purpose of discussing and reviewing any problems which may result from such change.
