Common use of Change of SIM Card Clause in Contracts

Change of SIM Card. (a) The Subscriber to whom the SIM card is transferred by SORACOM shall promptly return the SIM card to SORACOM at the place and according to the method separately designated by SORACOM for replacement of the SIM card, if: (i) SORACOM changes the SIM Card according to Section 9.1(b);or (ii) SORACOM changes the Subscriber ID according to Section 3.4(b). (b) If the Subscriber does not return the SIM card according Section9.2(a), the Subscriber and the Subscriber’s Customer shall not use SORACOM Air Global Service thereafter.
