Common use of CHANGE OF SPECIFIED OFFICE Clause in Contracts

CHANGE OF SPECIFIED OFFICE. If any Agent determines to change its specified office it shall give to the Relevant Issuer, the Guarantor (in the case of Guaranteed Notes) and the Principal Paying Agent written notice of that fact giving the address of the new specified office which shall be in the same city and stating the date on which the change is to take effect, which shall not be less than 45 days after the notice. The Principal Paying Agent (on behalf and at the expense of the Relevant Issuer (failing which the Guarantor (in the case of Guaranteed Notes)) shall within 15 days of receipt of the notice (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to clause 23 on or prior to the date of the change) give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice of the change to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.

The Principal Paying Agent (on behalf and at the expense of the Relevant Issuer (failing which the Guarantor (in the case of Guaranteed Notes)) Issuers shall within 15 days of receipt of the such notice (unless the appointment of the Agent or the other relevant Agent Paying Agent, as the case may be, is to terminate pursuant to clause Clause 23 on or prior to the date of the such change) give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' ’ nor less than 30 days' ’ notice of the change thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.

The Principal Paying Agent (on behalf and at the expense of the Relevant Issuer (failing which and the Guarantor (in the case of Guaranteed Notes)Guarantor) shall within 15 days of receipt of the such notice (unless the appointment of the relevant Agent is to terminate pursuant to clause 23 25 on or prior to the date of the such change) give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' ’ nor less than 30 days' ’ notice of the change thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
