Common use of Change Order Defined Clause in Contracts

Change Order Defined. “Change Order” means and includes a written order to the Design/Builder signed by the Owner or Owner’s Representative and the Design/Builder and issued after the execution of this Agreement, authorizing a change in the Project and/or an adjustment in the Fixed Contract Price or the Contract Time.

Change Order Defined. “10.2.1 Change Order” means and includes Order shall mean a written order to the Design/Builder signed Contractor executed by the Owner or Owner’s Representative and the Design/Builder and Architect, issued after the execution of this AgreementContract, authorizing and directing a change in the Project and/or Work or an adjustment in the Fixed Contract Price or the Contract Time, or any combination thereof. The Contract Price and the Contract Time may be changed only by Change Order.

A “Change Order” means and includes is a written order to the Design/Builder instrument prepared and signed by the Owner or Owner’s Representative and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the Design/Builder and issued after the execution of this Agreement, authorizing a following: and (1) change in the Project and/or an Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Fixed Contract Price or Price, if any; (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.
