Change Orders to Design/Build Contract. The prior written consent by College will be required in respect of any Change Order or modification to the Design/Build Contract which separately or in the aggregate with other Change Orders and/or modifications to the Design/Build Contract might reasonably be expected to cause a material change to the scope or nature of the Work, the GMP or the schedule for performance and completion of the Work (a “Material Change Order”). New Owner shall promptly notify College if either New Owner or Design-Builder intends to proceed with any proposed Material Change Order or other modification to the Design/Build Contract. In such notice New Owner shall inform College of the nature and scope of the proposed Material Change Order or modification and the foreseeable impact on the design or specifications for any major system or equipment, the GMP, and the schedule for performance of the Work, and upon request by College will provide plans, drawings, reports, information, data, access and documents reasonably necessary for College to evaluate the same. The parties acknowledge and agree that Design-Builder may rely upon communications from Owner's Project Manager in respect of finalization of Material Change Orders and other Change Orders.

  • Change Orders Any alteration or deviation from the Services mentioned or any other contractual specifications that result in a revision of this Agreement shall be executed and attached to this Agreement as a change order (“Change Order”).

  • Change Order (5) The Change Order is then submitted to the Project Manager who immediately processes the CO with OPC as required by Bulletin 3.5 and BGS’ Contracting Plan.

  • LAYOUT OF WORK The Contractor shall lay out its Work from base lines and benchmarks indicated on the Drawings, and shall be responsible for verification of all measurements in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the Work. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and preserving all stakes and other marks established by Princeton University until authorized to remove them. If such marks are destroyed by the Contractor or through its negligence before their removal is authorized, Princeton University may replace them and deduct the expense of the replacement from any amounts due or to become due to the Contractor.   • Schematic Design Phase Services § 3.2.1 The Architect shall review the program and other information furnished by the Owner, and shall review laws, codes, and regulations applicable to the Architect’s services.

  • Design Professional to Design Work The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to design and to prepare the Contract Documents, a copy of which shall be furnished to the Contractor upon request. The Design Professional Contract requires the Design Professional to designate a readily accessible representative (either on Site or by computer, phone or fax or otherwise) who shall have authority promptly to render decisions and to furnish information required of the Design Professional.

  • Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User:  An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and  An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid.   • Design-Builder The person or entity responsible for the proper completion of the activities described in the Contract Documents and who executes the Contract.
