Common use of Change Request Clause in Contracts

Change Request. 6.1 Should Canon wish to request a change to the Products and/or Services (“Change”), it shall submit a change request (“Change Request”) in writing to Supplier. Supplier shall provide Canon with a calculation of the variation to the prices required to accommodate the Change together with any proposed amendments to the Change Request. The Change shall be implemented when agreed by Canon in writing, in the absence of which Supplier shall continue to deliver the Products and to perform the Services as previously agreed. 6.2 Supplier is not permitted to implement any Changes to the Products and/or Services without Canon’s prior written approval.
