Annual Contract ReviewContractor agrees to participate in an annual contract performance review at a location selected by Enterprise Services and NASPO ValuePoint, which may include a discussion of marketing action plans, target strategies, marketing materials, as well as Contractor reporting and timeliness of payment of administration fees.
Annual Contract Review a. Upon conclusion of each Service Period, NAFC or the Member may, at their discretion, within 60 days conduct a review of contract arrangements. The objectives of this review will include but not be limited to: i. determining whether contract arrangements best meet the needs of NAFC; and ii. determining whether any amendments or variations should be made to this Contract to improve delivery of the Services stipulated by the Contract; and iii. determining whether the Contract should continue to the next Service Period or be extended, in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.2. b. The Contractor will be available to participate in each such review and will make available such Information as may be required by NAFC, at no cost to NAFC. c. The Contractor may make such written submissions to NAFC as the Contractor considers relevant to each review. d. Findings of each review will be made available to the Contractor for comment within forty five (45) days of the conclusion of each review. e. The parties will cooperate to implement any amendments or variations to this Contract or contract arrangements that arise from the review and that NAFC may consider desirable. f. Nothing in this clause will prevent any other reviews of contract arrangements as NAFC may from time to time consider desirable.
Annual Contract Review. Once each year during the annual contract review, DBS will provide to LLC and the Operating Parties, in the form and with the content requested by LLC and the Operating Parties, a general description of the hardware and software used in connection with the the System, provided that such description is at least sufficient to enable the security interests described in Clause 5.4 to be perfected. LLC and the Operating Parties have the right to request additional lists by giving at least four weeks written notice. DBS may charge for preparing these additional lists on a time and materials basis.
Annual Contract ReviewThe Superintendent shall advise the Board of its obligation to review the status of the Superintendent’s contract (if the contract should be extended for an additional year, if the compensation should be adjusted in the following year, and if any other amendments to the contract should be made) no later than the 1st day of February of each year. Said review and the results thereof shall be discussed by the Board and the Superintendent in an executive session held before April 1st of each year, or as otherwise mutually agreed. Any final action shall be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.
Annual Contract Review. 9.1 Following the Hire Period at the end of each year Enterprises will carry out a review of that year’s Event by applying the scoring methodology to the evaluation criteria as set out in the Balanced Scorecard to produce an overall score. THE COMPANY shall ensure that the Events for the year in question meet or exceed the minimum acceptable performance measure set out in the Balanced Scorecard. 9.2 If the score for the year is below the threshold score of 72 then THE COMPANY shall be deemed to have committed a material breach of its obligations under this Contract and Enterprises may terminate this Contract by giving written notice to THE COMPANY and the provisions of clause 7 shall apply.
Annual Contract ReviewThis Agreement shall be reviewed annually during the City’s budget hearings and shall include a review of the hourly rates as noted in Paragraphs 2.A and 2.D., above, and the annual fee cap as noted in Paragraph 2. A., above. Furthermore, the review may be initiated at any time should the City or the Firm deem it necessary.

The objectives of this review shall include, but not be limited to determining whether: (i) this Contract, including the scope of Services to be provided, best meets the needs of NSW Ambulance; (ii) any amendments or variations should be made to this Contract to improve delivery of the Services; and (iii) this Contract should be extended, in accordance with the provisions of clause 2. (b) The Operator must be available to participate in each such review and must make available such information as may be required by NSW Ambulance, at no cost to NSW Ambulance. (c) The Operator may make such submissions to NSW Ambulance as the Operator considers relevant to each review. (d) The findings of each review will be made available to the Operator for comment within 45 days after the conclusion of each review. (e) The Parties must co-operate in good faith to implement any variations to this Contract or Contract arrangements that arise from the review and that NSW Ambulance may consider desirable. Such variations will be dealt with in accordance with clause 21. (f) Nothing in this clause will prevent any other reviews of Contract arrangements as NSW Ambulance may from time to time consider desirable.
