The "Changes and Enhanced Services" clause defines the process and conditions under which modifications to the scope of services or the addition of new, improved services can be made during the term of an agreement. Either Party may request changes to its rights or obligations under a Product Agreement by providing the other a writing detailing the requested change through the project manager identified in the affected Product Agreement. The Party receiving the request shall respond in a writing either detailing the terms and conditions which apply to the requested change or denying the request.
