Changes in Guaranteed Maximum Price. A PCO shall include breakdowns and backup documentation pursuant to the provisions herein and sufficient, in the District’s judgment, to validate any change in Guaranteed Maximum Price. In no case shall Developer or any of its Subcontractors be permitted to reserve rights for additional compensation for Change Order Work.
