Change Order Work definition

Change Order Work. Means Changed, deleted and/or additional work that the Owner may require the Contractor to perform during the course of the Contract Work pursuant to a written Change Order, as described in Part II, Section 5.2. “Change Orders” Means As defined in Part II, Section 5.2.1. “City” Means The City of New York. “City Comptroller” Means Comptroller of the City or his or her designee.
Change Order Work means Work undertaken by Construction Manager (through its Trade Contractors) under a signed Change Order.
Change Order Work means all efforts and costs necessary to accomplish a Change Order. Claim shall mean: (a) a demand by DB Contractor, which is or potentially could be disputed by TxDOT, for a time extension under the Contract Documents or payment of money or damages from TxDOT to DB Contractor or (b) a demand by TxDOT, which is or potentially could be disputed by DB Contractor, for payment of money or damages from DB Contractor to TxDOT.

  • The Maximum Payment Schedule shall not limit payment for Change Order Work unless otherwise specified in the Change Order.

  • In other words, at no time shall DB Contractor’s cumulative total progress payments (including mobilization payments but exclusive of payments for Change Order Work) exceed the cumulative total expenditure permitted by the Maximum Payment Schedule.

  • If the Contractor claims that any work or services requested by the Owner or being performed by the Contractor constitutes Change Order Work for which no Change Order has been issued, the Contractor must, before commencing such Work or services, and in no event any later than within sixty (60) calendar days of the Contractor having actual or constructive knowledge of the claim or the cause thereof, submit a written Notice of Claim/Change Order Protest to the Owner.

  • The Contractor shall perform all Change Order Work as directed and only if ordered to do so by the Owner or the Owner’s Representative pursuant to a written Change Order in the form annexed hereto at Appendix F7, or such other form as may be promulgated or adopted for use by the Owner or the Owner’s Representative.

  • The Contractor’s failure to comply with the requirements of this Section 5.6 shall be deemed a waiver of any claim for payment for such work or services as Change Order Work or Protest Work.

  • The balance of such payments shall be made upon completion of the Change Order Work to the full satisfaction of the Owner.

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
