Changes in Scheduling. ‌ (a) In situations other than emergencies, the scheduled employees are entitled to forty-eight 48) hours' notice of any change in their respective work schedules. (b) In emergency situations which are beyond the Employer's control, as in the case of the failure of an employee to report for an assigned schedule, the Employer may give notice of less than forty-eight (48) hours.
