Changes to Agreement Terms. 10.1 Other than as set forth in Section 8 hereof, for any other changes to the terms of this Agreement to be valid, Distributor and the Company must agree upon such changes in writing. Changes to Agreement Terms. Because this Agreement may apply to many future orders, IBM reserves the right to modify it by providing Client at least three months' written notice. Changes are not retroactive; they apply, as of the effective date, only to new orders and renewals.
