Common use of Changes to Existing Jobs Clause in Contracts

Changes to Existing Jobs. (1) Where the Employer makes any material change to an existing job, it shall forthwith notify the Union of the change (Form 1). The Union shall within sixty (60) calendar days notify the Employer if it considers the change to be significant and that it objects to the change. Where it objects it shall provide written reasons for the objection.
