Gathering Information. In order to compare the value of jobs the parties agree that additional information needs to be gathered for pay equity purposes to supplement the Benchmarks. Within one hundred and forty-one (141) days of Step 1, the parties will establish a representative sample of Benchmarks and/or jobs; will decide what additional information is necessary; and will decide the manner in which such information will be gathered including a schedule of interviews.
Gathering Information a. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a paraprofessional will be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the paraprofessional. No public address audio system, or other device permitting monitoring or observation of work performance shall be employed for the purpose of evaluation unless the paraprofessional and the evaluator agree that such other devises be used. Any and all evaluations shall be conducted pursuant to this Article and Appendix B.
b. Principals, Assistant Principals and the Director of Pupil Services will evaluate paraprofessionals. No more than two (2) evaluators will evaluate a paraprofessional per school year. The evaluation shall be completed on or before May 1st each year.
c. Evaluation reports shall recognize areas of strength and identify areas needing improvement. If the evaluation contains a Needs Improvement (NI) or Unsatisfactory (U), the evaluator will provide specific comments and reasons for such designation(s). The evaluator shall also provide specific suggestions to improve performance. Any paraprofessional receiving a Needs Improvement (NI) or Unsatisfactory (U) will be re-evaluated prior to June 1st in the area(s) noted.
d. Evaluation reports shall be communicated orally and in writing to the person being evaluated. The paraprofessional may, at his/her option, have a conference with the evaluator prior to signing the completed evaluation form. The paraprofessional shall sign to acknowledge s/he has received a copy of the evaluation. Such signature in no way indicates agreement with the report. The paraprofessional may submit a written response to the report. The paraprofessional will have the right to submit a written response for review by the Superintendent and attached to the file copy.
Gathering Information. For each year of the evaluation cycle, a specific evaluator will be assigned to each teacher. No more than two (2) observers will conduct formal classroom observations. Department Chairs will complete, for no more than five (5) teachers, a maximum of ten (10) classroom observations per year. All observers must have successfully completed the "Observing and Analyzing Teaching" course or a comparable course designated by the Superintendent. All monitoring or observation of the work performance of a teacher will be conducted openly and with full knowledge of the teacher. No public address or audio system or other device permitting monitoring or observation of work performance shall be employed for the purpose of evaluation unless the teacher and the evaluator agree that such other devices be used. Any and all observations and evaluations shall be conducted pursuant to this Article and the agreed upon Wareham Public Schools' "Evaluation System."

14.2 You agree that We can take photos of the Property (where the photos will show the Solar Equipment at the Property) for quality assurance, internal training purposes and marketing materials. We will try to make sure that the Property is not identifiable and that no person (other than Our employees or contractors) can be identified.
14.3 You agree that any information We collect about You, or have already collected about You as part of the Competition, may be accessed or collected for the use of any member of the Vector Group in the course of its business. Without limiting Our other rights expressly set out in this contract, as long as We have made sure that You are not reasonably able to be identified, You agree that We can provide the information to third parties.
14.4 You agree that We own any information We collect from the Solar Equipment including information relating to the performance of the Solar Equipment, generation, battery information, home consumption information and electrical characteristics ("technical information"). You acknowledge and consent to Our use of the technical information for diagnostic, monitoring, performance management and data analysis purposes. The technical information may be stored locally on the Solar Equipment and/or exported to Us using Your Internet Connection. You agree that We can use the technical information for Our own business purposes and for the technical information to be shared with the manufacturers of the Solar Equipment, from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, We will not monitor any individual "real time" usage of the Solar Equipment.

15.3 You agree that We may use any information relating to Your credit worthiness, and give that information to any other person for credit assessment and debt collection purposes.
15.4 You agree that any information We collect about You may be accessed or collected for the use of any member of the Vector Group in the course of its business. Without limiting Our other rights expressly set out in this contract, as long as We have made sure that You are not reasonably able to be identified, You agree that We can provide the information to third parties.
Gathering Information. You authorize us to obtain information from time to time regarding your credit history from credit reporting agencies and other third parties. We may also report the status, history and/or closure of your account to such third-party services. You agree to provide us with a current financial statement upon request. You authorize us to gather credit information on any owner, Contracting Officer or Authorized Signer on your account, including any principal or officer of your business. You will ensure that such persons have authorized this action by us. The owners or Contracting Officers on the account are responsible for notifying all other signers on an account of our right to obtain their credit history information.
Gathering Information. Evaluation may consist of formal or informal observation of daily or other work performance. Formal observations shall include any substantial review of work performance with a view towards completing a written evaluation of the employee’s performance. Informal observation would include daily interactions between employees and supervisors.
Gathering Information. The Members of the Coalition will work together to compile an independent data base of the actions and materials related to the Program and the Coalition’s activities, and to establish and serve as a clearinghouse for information on O&W Rail Trail matters related to the Program’s purposes and needs and such other matters as may be deemed important to such purposes and needs. Members shall assist each other in the compilation and utilization of such information and materials.
Gathering Information. The Client, working with ERP, will collect all the information and documentation needed to prepare the application. This step usually takes from 1 - 6 weeks depending on Client’s ability to access the documentation and the difficulty in obtaining the information and documentation. Workplace investigations typically involve enquiring, collecting information and ascertaining facts. Lawfully gather potential sources of information which may assist with ascertaining the fact(s) in issue (e.g. documents, video footage, and witness statements). Legislation which may be relevant includes, for example: • Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) • Workplace Surveillance Act 2005 (NSW) • Public Interest Disclosures Act 1994 (NSW) • Independent Commission Against Corruption Act 1988 (NSW) Who should be interviewed, and in what order?
