Changes to Purchase Order. Fujitsu may, by giving written notice to the Supplier at any time not later than 5 business days prior to the Delivery Date stated in this Purchase Order, change the Delivery Date(s), quantities or types of Product(s) or Service(s) ordered without incurring any additional costs or liability.

GEHC may make changes to the terms of a Purchase Order including, but not limited to, quantities ordered and delivery dates, or terminate in whole or in part a Purchase Order provided that it confirms such changes or termination in writing at least 10 weeks prior to Shipment, and in any event, shall not modify the quantities of Product required by any Firm Period Forecast.

Seller will promptly make any such requested change.

VUMC reserves the right, upon written notice, to change at any time any Purchase Order for products or services, or any Specifications, and SUPPLIER shall accept such changes. If such changes affect the cost of furnishing the products or services, the price of such items or services and/or the delivery schedule, the parties shall equitably adjust the price or delivery schedule by mutual agreement as soon as practicable and incorporate such changes into the Purchase Order.
Changes to Purchase Order. All quantities ordered by GE Healthcare may be revised as requirements change. GE Healthcare may at any time make changes in delivery dates, shipping instructions, quantities ordered, or other terms of the Purchase Order. GE Healthcare will confirm such changes in writing, and Biochrom will advise GE Healthcare in writing if the changes will result in changes to delivery schedules or other changes. Changes to Purchase Order. Aerolite shall have the right to make changes in drawings, designs, specifications, materials, packaging, service, time and place of delivery, method of transportation or other terms of the purchase as amendment to the original PO. Supplier shall state if such changes cause any changes in price and lead time for acceptance by Aerolite within 5 working days.

All changes to PO must be provided by written (paper-based or electronically transmitted) notice by x-dream-distribution. Thus if Supplier desires to charge for additional Products or Services to accomplish the End Customers project goals Supplier shall issue a writing change request and seek for x-dream- distribution’s formal acceptance of change to existing PO or separate PO for additional Products or Services to be delivered.
