For more information visit our privacy policy.Notice of Dissolution In the event a Liquidating Event occurs or an event occurs that would, but for provisions of Section 13.1, result in a dissolution of the Partnership, the General Partner shall, within 30 days thereafter, provide written notice thereof to each of the Partners and to all other parties with whom the Partnership regularly conducts business (as determined in the discretion of the General Partner) and shall publish notice thereof in a newspaper of general circulation in each place in which the Partnership regularly conducts business (as determined in the discretion of the General Partner).
Chapter 139 No person shall on the grounds of religion or on the grounds of sex (including, on the grounds that a woman is pregnant), be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination, to include sexual harassment, under any program or activity supported by State of Vermont and/or federal funds. To the extent Party provides assistance to individuals with limited English proficiency through the use of oral or written translation or interpretive services, such individuals cannot be required to pay for such services.
Certificate of Dissolution After the affairs of the Company have been wound up and the Company terminated, a certificate of dissolution shall be executed and filed in the office of the Delaware Secretary of State.
Notice of Organizational Change Grantee will submit notice to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx and Substance Use Xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx within ten (10) business days of any change to Xxxxxxx's name, contact information, organizational structure, such as merger, acquisition, or change in form of business, legal standing, or authority to do business in Texas.
California Public Records Act Contractor and County agree and acknowledge that all information and documents related to the award and performance of this Contract are subject to disclosure pursuant to the California Public Records Act, California Government Code Section 6250 et seq.
Articles of Dissolution Upon the dissolution and commencement of the winding up of the Company, the Member shall cause Articles of Dissolution to be executed on behalf of the Company and filed with the Secretary of State, and the Member shall execute, acknowledge and file any and all other instruments necessary or appropriate to reflect the dissolution of the Company.
Subchapter M The Fund will comply with the requirements of Subchapter M of the Code to qualify as a regulated investment company under the Code.
COMPTROLLER’S REPORT ON CHAPTER 313 AGREEMENTS During the term of this Agreement, both Parties shall provide the Comptroller with all information reasonably necessary for the Comptroller to assess performance under this Agreement for the purpose of issuing the Comptroller’s report, as required by Section 313.032 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
CHAPTER “Chapter” shall mean any organizational unit of the Association that is based at a single University.
Manner of Giving Notice All notices and other communications required by this Master Agreement must be in writing, and must be made via e-mail, personal service or United States mail, postage prepaid.
