Beginning July 1, 2013, the District 27 will provide CSEA up to $17,000 each school year, to utilize for release time. 28 The $17,000 will be subtracted from the $139,000 contribution to the retiree 29 benefit trust fund the District provides to CSEA in Article 6.2.4. The District will 30 create an account for CSEA to utilize payments to departments/sites.
