Character and Proficiency of. Workers - All workers shall possess the proper license and/or certification, job classification, skill and experience necessary to properly perform the work assigned to them. All workmen engaged in special work or skilled work, such as bituminous courses or mixtures, concrete pavement or structures, electrical installation, plumbing installation, or in any trade shall have sufficient experience in such work and in the operation of the equipment required to properly and satisfactorily perform all work. All workers shall make due and proper effort to execute the work in the manner prescribed in these Contract Documents, otherwise, the Project Manager may take action as prescribed herein.
