Charge Nurse Premium. Registered Nurse 2s at Eastern State Hospital, Western State Hospital and Juvenile Rehabilitation who are assigned by the Employer to act as charge nurse for a full shift will receive a charge nurse premium of one-dollar ($1.00) per hour in addition to base pay for the assigned shift as charge nurse.
