Common use of Charge Pay Clause in Contracts

Charge Pay. Whenever a nurse is assigned additional responsibility to direct, supervisor or oversee work of nurses, and/or be assigned overall responsibility for resident care on the unit, ▇▇▇▇, or area, for a tour of duty, she/he shall be paid a premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour in addition to her/his regular salary and applicable premium allowance.
