Common use of Charge Pay Clause in Contracts

Charge Pay. ARTICLE 16 PREMIUMS Where the Employer designates a Licensed Practical Nurse to assume responsibility in the absence of the Manager, they shall be paid an additional one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour.
