Use by Others Forest Service shall have the right to use any road constructed by Purchaser under this contract for any and all purposes in connection with the protection and administration of the National Forest. Other parties, in connection with the logging of tributary National Forest timber, may use roads constructed by Purchaser hereunder when Contracting Officer determines that such use will not materially interfere with Purchaser’s Operations. Third party use shall be contin- gent upon Contracting Officer determining, and third party agreeing to pay, a fair share of maintenance cost com- mensurate with such commercial use. Submissions on Behalf of Others Should You wish to submit work that is not Your original creation, You may submit it to OIDF separately from any Contribution, identifying the complete details of its source and of any license or other restriction (including, but not limited to, related patents, trademarks, and license agreements) of which you are personally aware, and conspicuously marking the work as "Submitted on behalf of a third-party: [named here]".
Compliance by other operators Except where XXX has directed otherwise in the exercise of its powers under the Act or the Network Code, and except in relation to London Underground Limited and Heathrow Express Operating Company Limited to the extent that such persons are not party to the Network Code, Network Rail shall ensure that all operators of trains having permission to use any track comprised in the Network agree to comply with the Network Code.
WORK BY OTHERS The Owner may perform additional Work related to the PROJECT by itself, or it may let other direct contracts which shall contain General Conditions similar to these. The CM will afford the other Contractors who are parties to such direct contracts (or the Owner, if it is performing the additional Work itself), reasonable opportunity for the introduction and storage of materials and equipment and the execution of the Work, and shall properly connect and coordinate his work with theirs. Should the Contract entail relocation of facilities not a part of this Contract, the CM will coordinate and cooperate with the applicable entity responsible for this portion of the work.
COORDINATION WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS Contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that other contractors may be performing work on other projects at the Site, while the Work is taking place, in which event Contractor shall fully cooperate with District and other contractors while performing the Work, at no additional cost to District.
Replacements to be numbered Each replacement Temporary Global Note, Permanent Global Note, Definitive Note, Coupon, Global Registered Note or Individual Note Certificate delivered hereunder shall bear a unique certificate or (as the case may be) serial number.
Execution of Other Documents The parties shall cooperate fully in the execution of any other documents and in the completion of any other acts that may be necessary or appropriate to give full force and effect to this Agreement.
Damages for delay by the Authority In the event that (i) the Authority does not procure fulfilment of any or all of the Conditions Precedent set forth in Clause 4.1.2 within the period specified in respect thereof, and (ii) the delay has not occurred as a result of breach of this Agreement by the Concessionaire or due to Force Majeure, the Authority shall pay to the Concessionaire Damages in an amount calculated at the rate of 0.1% (zero point one per cent) of the Performance Security for each day‟s delay until the fulfilment of such Conditions Precedent, subject to a maximum of 20% (twenty percent) of the Performance Security.
Relation to Other Agreements 1. The Parties reaffirm their rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement or any other agreements to which both Parties are parties.
